Tilsit, Sept. 6.
Indignation aroused by the declara-fon that Dr. Schreiber, first on the electoral list for the polis on Septem-29 has not Memel citizenship, had lardly time to subside, than Memel-landers received 2 second shock yesterday, when the Chief Burgomaster of Memel, Dr. Brindlinger, whose name was fourth on the voting list, was also declared not Lithuanian nationality but a foreigner ahd consequently not entitled to take part in the election.
It is reported that 300 other Me-landers have also been notified that they are not entitled to vote at the coming election, a great variety of reasons being given for this—Trans-Ocean Kuo Min.
