400 Miles An Hour Type to Be Added to Air Force Washington, Apr. 16 The U.S. Government have just a quired from a private concern pi of two new type of pursuit planes developing a speed of more than 400 miles per hour, the Under Secretary of War Mr. Louis Johnson, announced here today.
Mr. Johnson also announced that which had been assigned to him as place of residence by the French Government, the "Matin" states.
According to the paper, Lister who has been missing since April 9, was traced to Paris where he spent a few days before leaving for the port of La Pallice on the western coast of France. The paper adds that it is believed that Lister has sailed for Mexico.
The Spanish Government, it is stated, had demanded the extradition of Lister who is accused of ordering the murder of over 20 male nurses near the Catalan frontier shortly before the collapse of the Republican resistance,—Trans-Ocean, the Government is now contemplating mi production of these machines, which are of the monoplane type and provided with two powerful coupled machine guns—
