Holders of Coupon Debentures of the above Series are hereby notified that' Coupon No. 11 representing one-half year's interest at the rate of 6% per annum due August 1, 1938, will be payable on or after August 1, 1938, at the offices of the Company, 232 Kiangse Road, Shanghai.
Forms for listing coupons may be obtained from the Company at the above address and must be left with the Company two clear days prior to payment.
