Seattle, July 25.
Odds were even today in betting circles for tomorrow's fifteen-round world middleweight title bout between Freddie Steele, champion, and Al Hostak, local favourite.
Jack Dempsey, who will referee the fight, predicted that it would end in a knockout either in the eleventh or twelfth round.
Hostak, a local youngster, has earned fame as a knockout artist par excellence, bowling over opponent after opponent in two years of fighting.
He is given more than an even chance of winning the title because of his deadly fists, although sports scribes believe Steele, because of his better ringcraft and greater experience, will triumph.—United Press,
