Cairo, May 7.
An agreement to exchange dipiomarie representatives was signed here to-day between Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Under the terms of the pact, each country recognizes the existing regime in the other, All Pasha Maher, Egyptian Premier, signed on behalf of Egypt, and the Saudi Arabian representative in Cairo on behalf of his country.
The complete independence of Saudi Arabia was recognized by Great Britain in a treaty signed on May 20,
