all parties concerned that we have this day disposed of our factory together with the name and goodwill, all plant, machinery, fixtures, fittings, all stocks of bottles, essences and every item of equipment to Messrs. 'TRIUMPH TRADING CE. and declare that we shall be responsible for all outstanding debts up.to the 5th instant only; from the 6th instant the purchasers Messrs, TRIUMPH TRAD-ING CE. will assume responsibility for payment of new accounts, and will carry on the business at the same address.
