A telegram urging a punitive expedition against the Liang-Kwang military leaders has been received from Kwanglung by the Central Kuomintang Headquarters. It is signed by. the. National Salvation Comrades Association and purports to represent the views of 30,000,000 Kwangtung people. After declaring that Kwang tung people cannot stand by to see a few military leaders break the peace of the nation on the pretext of fight Ing the Japanese, the message urges the military authorities in Nanking to adopt drastic action against the rebels,—Central News.
