Peiping, Aug. 3.
Mr. K. Nishida, former Japanese Consul "at Tsinan, arrived here today to take up his post as adviser to the Hopel and Charhar Political Couneit.
He is expected to be chief adviser to the Foreign Relations Commission of the Council.
Mr, Nishida, who is a good Chinese scholar, was formerly connected with the Japanese Embassy in Peiping. His appointment was recommended by the War and Foreign offices in
