Boise, May 21.
Peace officers of three countries, State patrolman and Boise city police tonight were closing in on an area in the rugged mountains near Banks, Idaho, where four escaped convicts from the Idaho State Penitentiary were last seen early this morning.
All serving long term sentences for robbery, or assault with intent to rob, the four escaped early yesterday. Posses blocked every available road in the area where the convicts are believed to be hiding—United Press.
