Despatches from Paris state that Lee Wai-tong, captain of the Chinese Olympic Football team, has turned down an attractive offer to turn professional by joining the Red Star Club of Paris. Leo's performance during a recent match against, the Red Stars which resulted In a draw so impressed the manager of the Club, it is stated, that he was offered to slay in France to join their team at 'P.|a monthly salary of 2800 franes.
