For the rst time in the annals of China's ce-operative movement, the Szechuen Provincial Ca-operative Treasury was formally inaugurated here yesterday.
With the extension of rural credit Yeans as its main function, the new treasury was established in compliance with the order of General Chiang Kat-shek, President of the Execullve Yuan. The foundation fund hag been fixed at $10,000,000.
Mr, Lu Tso-fu, commissioner of reconstruction, is concurrently chairman of the executive board of the treasury, while Mr, Feng Chun-hsien has been appointed manager~Central News.
