Directors have this day declared an Interim Dividend for the year ending March 31, 1938, at the rate of Four Dollar Cents Local Currency per share to be paid to Sharehold record on Friday, September 17, ly of any change of address yy have taken place since the dividend.
Dividend Warrants for Chinese Shareholders will be retained in our Office and may be had on application at any time during ordinary office hours.
The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from September 10 to 17, 1937, both days inclusive.
