For Information The following unsigned screed recently came to hand, with reference to a Note and Comment published in this journal:
Dear Editor—., Please look up your records, and age what, year hostilities broke out ip Shanghai, between Japanese and Chinese, forces, Was it not January 28th, 1981, at or about 11.30 p.m.?
Dear O! Bean, the first Shanghai incident happened five years ago, so that if this is 1936, then, of course you are correct. If not, not. Is that quite plain?
