Vatican Journal Comments

Rome, Oct. 15.

Commenting on the German version of the anti-Catholic demonstrations in Vienna, the "Osservatore Romano," semi-official Vatican journal, declares:—B comparison between the official report on the limited nature of the disturbances, and the very real gravity of the events, together with. the excuse of 'Catholic Provocation,' shows that, far from respecting the liberty of religion and the responsibility of the Church, a lying attack against those who are being per-secured is added to brutal aggression."
