Nanchang, June 14.
Two instances of alleged anti-Japanese activities at Nanchang involving an American and a French missionary were disclosed by Japanese military authorities here yester-Gay.
A raid on the home of the Rev.
L. W. Holland, missionary of the American Methodist Episcopal Church, resulted in the discovery of a large number of anti-Japanese propaganda leafüets, Japanese auth-critics charged.
The pamphlets were the same type as those scattered over the Japanese front lines and over sections of Formosa and Kyushu by Chinese aeroplanes.
The discovery led Japanese authorities to assume that the house of the American missionary was being used for anti-Japanese propaganda activities.
