Nanking, Sept. 5.
The Municipal Government, with the ce-operation of foreign petrol companies, has instituted control of the consumption and transportation of gasoline and kerosene, Only holders of special coupons, issued by the Municipal Government are allowed to purchase gasoline, which is limited to two gallons a day for each motor-car.
The Government reserves the right to change the quota limit at any time.
No transportation of gasoline or! kerosene is permitted without a special permit from the Government.
