Marseilles, Oct. 29.
A full outline of the French Government's foreign policy was given here today by M. Georges Bonnet, the Foreign Minister, speaking at the morning session of the Radical-Sodalist Party Congress.
Bonnet stated that:
1. Anglo-French collaboration remains the basis of French diplomacy.
2. France firmly desires sincere ce-operation with Germany and a strengthening of her traditional friendship with Italy.
3. Settlement of the Spanish conflict by mediation would only be possible when all foreign volunteers on both sides have been withdrawn.
4. France is strongly attached to her old friendships with Rumania, Poland, Yugoslavia, and Belgium, without excluding Soviet Russia.
