The Council's cholera inoculation campaign is progressing rapidly. On Wednesday 662 persons were inoculated; yesterday, one hour before closing time, 551 had been given the injection, about 45 per cent. of these being foreigners, Inoculations are administered in Room 120, SIC. Administration Building, Hankolv Road. The hours are 830 am, th 12 noon, and 2 to 4.30 pin. A single injection is given, There is no charge for the service and all are advised to avail themselves of the opportunity.
The cooler weather and the late date are favourable factors in the fight against the disease. The last epidemic was in 1932.
