Fine weather in the north; cloudy getting overcast and rainy over our regions: cloudy to overcast in the south.
State on the morning of the 3rd:—Fine in the north, overcast at the Yangtze Mouth. Cloudy along the southern Coast, Moderate monsoon in the Formosa Strait and over China Sea.
Probabilities, 430 p.m. yesterday:—Fine weather with rather fresh north-westerly io northerly winds over northern China. Overcast with possible rain and winds from the northwestern quadrant over our regions.
