Tokyo Believe Recognition Will be Easy Tokyo, Sept, 19.
The Foreign Office spokesman today said that the Chinese had already transferred some vessels in an effort to avoid enforcement of the Japanese blockade, China possesses few sizeable commercial vessels, the spokesman declared, adding that he believed the Jepanese naval officials could easily identify them.
A long list of reported abuses of foreign flags by the Chinese was published to-day. The report claimed ihe Chinese frequently used British gs and occasionally used others, including Japanese—United Press.
