The Jews in germany will be held responsible for acts of terrorism and provocation against Germans committed by Jews abroad" under new laws being prepared, says the newspaper "Diplomatische Korrespondenz."
"Legislation will take into consideration the Jewish law binding all Jews that Israel as a whole stands sponsor for every Jew' and henceforth Jewry will held legally responsible for any crime against the German nation," adds the pap:

A pastoral letter from Count Preysing, Catholic Bishop in Berlin, was read yesterday in all Catholic Churches.
The letter protested against the recent request addressed to parents in a certain district in Berlin, to ign a form stating that they would send their children to lay schools.
All Catholic parents, the letter stated, were entitled, under the Concordant, to send their children to Catholic schools and it was their duty to insist on this right.—Reuter.
