It is announced that through a new and improved scheme for distribution of prizes, the 4th if issue has many interesting features, to wit, inter alia:—
A whole ticket is now sold at $5 for 5 shares, instead of $10 for ten shares, as hitherto, The maximum amount for the 1st prize will be $50,000 for a whole ticket of $5.
This amount was the value of the 1st prize paid for the previous drawings.
The minimum amount for the 1st prize has been increased to $7,500 for a 1/5
Share of a whole ticket, instead of $5,000 per share as hitherto.
The total number of prizes has been increased to 5830, instead of 4217.
