Japanese Writer Alleges Chinese Reports are Fabrications to Deceive Suffering People REIGN language newspapers which print "Chinese propaganda" were flayed by a contributor to the Japanese daily "Mainichi in an article signed "Yangtze Hermit" Thursday night.
"At this time. when a nation is staking its fortunes in the China conflict the attitude of those foreign language papers which publish fabricated stories solely in their own interests deserve stern treatment from the country against which the stories are directed," the "Hermit" wrote.
