Mr, Oswald Pirow, South Africa's National Defence Minister, made this prediction today upon his return from.a tour of several European capitals.
It was Mr. Pirow who was reported some time ago to have plans for a settlement of Germany's colonial claims.
He emphasized in an interview with the press today, that it sis not a question of principles but only of psychological factors, for instance the refugee problem, which is responsible for the general drift towards war.
