Air Pact Envisaged

Paris, Dec. 6.

A Franco-German agreement setting the Spanish problem, dealing with an air pact, and solving the economic problem: between the two countries, is to be expected shortly.

Such an agreement is likely to materialize despite the several difficulties still to be smoothed out before Franco-German understanding is made complete.

So stated M. Jules Sauerwein Diplomatic Editor of the "Paris Soir, in a special article yesterday evening.

He claimed to have information regarding Paris and Berlin intentions to extend and detail three of the points specified in the joint Declaration to be signed here this afternoon.

He asserted that the French and German Governments were likely to attempt, with the aid of Herr Gauss, legal expert of the Wilhelmstrasse, to reach an agreement upon these three points.
