Measures taken in France to increase production in aviation plants and to accelerate the training of war pilots were explained to the Chamber Aeronautical Committee today by the Air Minister, M. Guy La Chambre.
He declared all steps taken had met success. He gave details on the country's programme of war manufacture "ahd of purchases abroad and, reviewing the first five weeks of war, described victories won "by French airmen. A communique published at the close of the meeting expressed the Committee's complete agreement with the Air Minister Havas.
