Anxious London, Of. 18.
The German Admiralty is evidently [growing concerned at the increasing number of U-boats that fail to return to Germany, observers here declare. In a recent propaganda leaitet, they point out, the German Admiralty tried to draw the British Admiralty by reproaching them of official re-licence. The British Admiralty, they say, has excellent reasons for keeping'Germany guessing the fate of her missing submarines.
The Admiralty, they believe, will lift the curtain on these occurrences if they have any special feature or Interest, as for instance, "Sauve qui peut," "in the recently captured U-boat which was observed was led by 'a. Nazi captain "who headed Push. to safety out of the conning. tower, leaving the crew to find their way 8 best they could—Reuter.
