A year ago soldier bonus payment was made and erved as a tremendous boon to trade and the increased farm income is expected to have even, greater stimulus. In addition this will be bulwarked by higher wages being paid in most indust: this year which will be felt in all retail divisions.
The market counts on heavy divi-dands and interest payments. July payments are estimated around a billion dollars. Wall Street expects the bulk of this will go to reinvestment. Certainly the speed with which recent new stock issues have been snapped up indicates a tremendous reinvestment fund behind the market.
