Mr. Edward S. Corwin, Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton: University, today said that Germany was within her rights under internation law in seizing the American merchant man City of Flint if the ship carried contraband.
One of the most interesting developments as a result of the seizure and the taking of the vessel to a Russian port will be the clarification Of Russia's real relations with Germany, he said. "The point at issue, he said, "is the taking of the ship io the supposedly neutral port of Murmansk."—United Press.
