Germany is prepared to launch large-scale aerial warfare against Great Britain. which would be accompanied by greatly increased German submarine attacks upon the British fleet and merchantships and convoys in the North Sea, information reaching usually reliable mili-{ary intelligence officials of a foreign Great Power indicated last night.
The information pointed out that weather conditions would greatly binder the carrying out of the offensive after November and this was believed to be an added incentive
