Revealing the comprehensive scope of the Government's plan to marshal all the human and material resources of the nation to meet the present crisis further details of the general mobilization bill were announced to-day The bill dmaíted by the staff of the National Planning Bureau with Mr. Masao Taki as its head, will be submitted to the next session of the Diet. opening on Dec. 25.
Its provisions include control of finances, exports and imports and the munitions industry; creation of cial funds for coping with the emergency, and strengthening of siate control over industry.

The Nationalist Headquarters in Salamanca declared it had received proof that a French warship was convoying freighters destined for Republican ports, according to a report from Exchange Telegraph News Agency.
It was reported that a French war-shi had escorted through the Mediterranean 49 freighters laden with war materials and foodstuff for Valencia and Barcelona,—United Press,
