The Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Executive Committee of the Kuomintang, which was scheduled to meet here on December 15, did nep meet on the appoin: ed date.
Strict secrecy has been maintained on the question and it is only now that the authorities huve allowed it to be published that the meeting did not take place on December 15 as planned.
It is déclfftd that the session has been postponed, but the fib dete of the meeting is not being released for publication.—Reuter.
