Tang Vu-jen Murder Areca. by Chin Chih-yn and Liu Chunnal against death sentences, (Appeal Dismissed)
The appeal by Chin Chih-ya and Liu Chun-nai against death sentences on charges of murdering Mr. Tang Vu-jen, - Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, was dismissed by the Third Kiangsu High Court in the French Concession on July 30.
The two accused were arrested by the French Police and subsequently sentenced by the Second Special District Court, They were informed the High Court on July 30 that {they could still appeal to the Supreme Court ten days after the receipt of the written judgment, Mr, Tang Yucjen was shot dead outside his residence in the French Concession on December 25, 1935.
