imated that about one third of the present Hungarian electorate will be deprived of its franchise when parliament passes the eiec'oral reform bill. Only men over 26 years of age who have been Hungarian nationals for ten yes who have lived for ix years in the same community and have completed at least six classes of elementary school are entitled to vote. Workers and employees on farm must have worked for six years fe same employer to have the righ Persons having four ligitichildren need not have com ted six classes of elementary school to be entitled ta a vote.
To become a deputy a man must e over 30 years of age and he must heve been a member of a local die!
