"The Red Fleet of the Baltic is ready for any emergency," Commander Lomagin of the Soviet Navy asserted in a broadcast tonight, and added, "As soon as the Government issues the order, we will engage in battle with all enemies of the U.S.S.R. wherever they may be."
Commander Lomagin's speech coincides with a large-scale Soviet Navy propaganda drive in which a new film on life in submarines, entitled "Periscope," figures very prominently.—Havas,
