Italy has a new dictator. Signor Achille Starace, Secretary of the Fascist Party, has decreed that all sporting organizations in Italy shall be under the contre of the CO.MLL, the Italian Olympic. Federation.
As Signor Starace is himself President of the C.O.MI, he thus makes himself, with a stroke of the pen, sports dictator of Italy.
The Olympic Committee lizs hitherto been responsible for the selection of Mahan athletic teams for international contests. Tt will now super-or University' organize sport for University students up to the age of 27.
