Max Baer, former heavyweight champion. to-day appeared at the ringside of Tommy Farr, British and Empire champion, and remarked, "He can't punch a lick. As a matter of fact, he can't hit as hard as a fly."
Farr, hearing the remark, dashed out of his corner, shouting, "Who says so? I licked you once, and Ti do it again right now." Spectators at the ringside separated the fighters, and the two shook hands, Baer grinning but Farr obviously reluctant to make peace."—United Press.
