Shanghai, Aug. 26.
Baron Jules Guillaume, who was promoted to the rank of Ambassador fon the mutual elevation of the Bel-fan and Chinese Legatione King and Brussels respectively, has relumed to China from furlough in Europe. He arrived in Shanghai on 'Tuesday at noon and will remain here for a few days before proceeding to the 'Chinese Capital.
