Our Head Ofice advise that by order of the Board of Directors, their Register of Shares will be closed from February 14 to February 26, both days inclusive, during which period no transfers of shares can be effected.
As all transfers of shares on the Shanghai Register have to be effected im Hongkong, it is essential that all applications for transfer reach this Office not later than February 5, next.
