Group to Assist Troops To Meet To-morrow Organization ceremonies for the Shanghai Japanese Women's Emergency Association, which will assist in the "behind the gun" campaign of patriotic cups, are to be held at the Central District Primary School on ge Road at 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, local Japanese newspapers said yesterday.
The association will have a membership of approximately 1,000 women affiliated with the Shanghai Women's Association, the Friends' Society, the Buddhist Women's Association and other women's organizations.
Mr. Suemasa Okamoto, Japanese Consul-General, and Mr. Masusaburo Amano, President of the Japanese Residents' Corporation, will read messages of congratulation at the ceremonies on Saturday.
