New Zealand Fighter Outpointed SPECIAL TO THR "N.CD.N."

London, Oct. 19.

Walter Neusel, the German heavyweight who has met every British heavyweight of note, outpointed Maurice Strickland, of New Zealand, to-day in a 12- round bout.

The fight ushered in the winter boxing season at Wembley.—Reuter, did made only 2 points while their opponents scored 14. This lead proved too large to overcome for, although the Cubs outscored the Service Company by one point, 15 to 14, in the last half, they were never in a position to overtake their rivals.

Dobrinky was the only real threat in the Y team. He secured scoring honours for the game with 11 points while Childres was high point man for the Marines with eight points.
