IMPORTANCE OF HEINI LEAN

An actress, of whom her counsel, Mr. Roland Oliver, K.C. said that "her face was her fortune," claimed damages in the Kings Bench Division recently for injuries said to have been received in a collision between a motor-car and a taxi-cab in Chelsea last April states the "Daily Telegraph and Morning Post."

She is Miss Sylvia Reynolds, 23, of New Cavendish Street, W., and she sued Mr. Sidney Bliss, of Cam-Pbridge-terrace, S.W., and Mr. W. J. Hardware, of Shipton Garage, Prince of Wales Road, N.W. Both defen-dents denied negligence.

Mr, Oliver said that Miss Reynolds was a stage and screen actress, a mannequin, and a photographer's model.

As a result of the accident she received a cut on the head which left a scar, and she had lost movement in her left arm and shoulder, which interfered with her dancing.
