Anniversary Commemorated by Chinese Chinese flags were seen in numer ous streets in the International Settlement and the French Concession yesterday in honour of the birthday anniversary of the late Kuomintang leader, Dr. Sun Yat-sen.

Japanese hostilities began three months ago. The first display was in celebration of China's National Day, on October 10.
