Due to the local hostilities, Mr.
Cesare Galimberti, China representative of the Stefani (Italian) News Agency, was unable to get back to Italy in time for his wedding. But he is now a married man and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his bride, who was married to him by proxy in Milan on Thursday, according to word received in Shanghai yesterday.
After the wedding ceremony, Mrs. Galimberti left Milan for Naples, where she is to board the Lloyd Triestino liner Victoria, bound for Shanghai, to join Mr. Galimberti. She will meet many friends here, for her parents are old residents in China, having lived for many years in Tientsin.
