Charged with attempted murder, Han Tseng-riy! was sentenced seven years' Imprisonment yesterday by the First Special Disteiet Court in connection with the shooting on February 3 of a bath house customer Pon Shih-yung, ahos Pan Tze-yung, who was taking a bath in the Vu Chuan Bath House, Hopeh Road. His 1 was confiscated. It will be recalled that Han was caught almost red-handed by a detective who was also taking bath there after a chase, during which the oflcer only wore shorts, The motive of the crime is 'a mystery as the accused did not mention it clearly. admitting, however, that he had shot a" wrong man.
