Transocean learns from best-informed sources that Il Duce will Jeave for Tirana on Tuesday next and rot on Sunday as originally surmised. The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Galeazzo Ciano, is at present in Tirana making the necessary preparations for Il Duce's visit.
