Albanian Crown Offered To King of Italy Declaration Passed by New Assembly

Tirana, Apr. 12.

The Constituent Assembly, meeting for the first time today, decided to offer the Crown of Albania to the King of Italy. The resolutions passed by the Assembly declared 1. The existing regime in Albania was finished.

2. A new Government has been appointed, which has decided to associate the life and destiny of Albania more intimately with those of Italy.

An agreement, inspired by this solidarity, will be signed later by Italy and Albania.

The Crown is offered to the King of Italy for him and his Royal descendants under the form of a personal union.""—Reuter.
