Berlin, Jan, 10.
The Japanese occupation of Tsing tao has made a deep impression in Berlin, particularly in view of the fact that the city was once a German Colonial possession.
Political circles are now wonder-tug whether it wil be a prelude to reaching and decisive activity by the Japanese Fleet. which may involve a menace to Hongkong.
The newspaper "Der Angriff," the Berlin organ of the Labour Front, say:
"Will the British watch with folded arms the loss of the tremen-dorisly "important regions around Hongkong? That is the most critical question in international polities to-day. Great Britain's rearmament come too late, but that of America has come still later."—Reuter.
