Constitutional Government To Be Debated

Chungking Mar. 29.

"The leaders of various political parties, and of different professions in the provinces are arriving at Chungking, for the fifth session of the National People's Political Congress.

1t is learned that over 100 delegates are already here, awaiting the opening of the Congress. 1 The present session is of particular interest, since it will be the last before the Congress is dissolved, in view of the convocation of the National People's Congress in November.

It is understood that the principal subject of discussion this session will be questions relating to the forthcoming establishment of the constitutional government.

The stabilization of commodity prices will also be brought up by delegates for discussion.—Reuter.
