The Frigate did his mile with Grayling. taking 2182 over it with the last quarter 322 Felixstone, Roehampton, and Bram-shot, were all out together for a mile gallop, which they did in 2174, last quarter 314, with Felixstone the only one of the three to finish at all attractively.

Blue Peter, with A. Noodt up, went an attractive mile in 2.16.3. last quarter 33. Beautylight, over a similar distance, went a bit faster, doing the mile in 2.154, last quarter 33, hanging a bit at the finish. Sir Charles with Foggylight did the mile in 2.17 last quarter 32, the latter not finishing well. Woodbridge and Camberley Heath both went one mile, but not together, and whilst there was nothing wrong with the time of either, I was not pleased with the finishes they put up. Snappy-light did his mile in 219 but the last quarter was not too satisfactory, though done in 223,
